About the department
The Department of Community Health Nursing trains students to assess and respond to the health needs of individuals, families, and communities. Field experience in rural and urban health centres builds skills in primary healthcare, health promotion, and disease prevention.

To train students to assess community health needs and provide preventive, promotive, and primary healthcare services in rural and urban community settings.
